Website Service Terms

Proposals and scope

Website features, delivery timing, revisions, hosting, third-party services, and final pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website package prices are starting prices unless a written proposal states otherwise.

Payments

Deposits and payments are applied to the agreed project. Third-party fees—including domains, hosting, premium software, advertising, and payment-processing fees—are separate unless included in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, approvals, and account access needed to complete the work.

Ongoing services

Monthly services continue according to the selected plan and may be cancelled before the next billing date. Work outside the plan may require a separate quote.
